Capitalism Caves in on Itself

I love this essay.
I think what's happening right now in the market is exactly what Karl Marx predicted 150 years ago in his seminal work, Das Kapital.

The Writing Life

I have been a writer since I can remember thinking and forming words and thoughts.
I believe that it is through language we touch the world and interface with it. It is through the energy of our being as expressed to others that we can have meaningful interaction.
I believe writing is a natural part of expressing ourselves, communicating our experiences of reality, and forming communities and growing!

Eco-Consciousness

I believe that one of the most spiritual things we can do while here on planet Earth is to realize we are part of the Earth, and act to take care of it. This is how I align with my Munay Ki rite as an Earthkeeper. If I can affect you in anyway at all, it would be to encourage you to adapt and change your life to be more eco-conscious, to live more green, to become a steward of the Earth. Eco-consciousness to me means being aware of how you are part of the world around you, you have an impact on it, and you need it to survive. Eco-consciousness means being aware of how you impact the Earth and acting in ways to take care of it and to help teach and encourage others to take care of it. What can you do this year, in 2007, to become more Eco-Conscious and claim your right and responsibility to take care of the Earth and its inhabitants ?
